I did all the tips but when i go to let the poop out i just f it and turned into goku screaming rn

Love these workout!!!! Easy to follow and gets that heart rate up. I have had spinal surgery and am still a little tippy on my feet…so these workouts are just what I need!

Instead just drink a lot of water and apples and make sure to walk alot it will help the bowl movement and if that doesn't work try constipation medicine or laxatives

I would absolutely love it if you guys made more seated workouts/silver sneakers workouts! I am caring for my senior mom that has Alzheimer’s and can’t do standing workouts anymore since she broke her hip and became less mobile permanently. She thinks the people on tv shows are really there with her and loves the personality of the group doing it and gets more exercise this way. It brings joy to her and joy to me. I would be your biggest fan if you made more. We are running through them.

I’ve tried a few chair exercise classes online. At the end I felt like I hadn’t done anything at all….. I saw this and thought ‘Shall I bother?’ As I assumed it would be more boring stuff. Was I wrong? Oh YES !!!! Definitely. Okay I am of the ‘older’ generation, but I retired, hated it and went back to working a few days a week. I have a few problems but I am luckier than others and I’m thankful I am still mobile. As soon as the class started I had a huge smile on my face. At the end I can tell my body has had a workout. Thankyou Metro Silver Sneakers for this workout and for thinking of those who cannot do regular classes. You’ve seen us and given a bright upbeat and happy class…. I feel at home here and will be doing these daily. LOVE THIS CLASS & YOUR ENTHUSIASM

Came across this exercise video, after my regular workout. I enjoyed it very much because it worked the whole body and was very easy to do. Excellent instructor, also! Great job! Love the music, too.

I am unbelievably uncoordinated, but I just try to keep moving to keep my heart rate up. I’ve been sedentary all of my 64+ years and I need to change that due to some health issues. These sessions are fun and challenging, and can be done inside when the weather doesn’t cooperate.
